Raising human rights institution “Human Office of People with Disabilities” and the organization “Mental Health Perspectives” (Lithuania) invite representatives of non-profit organizations and initiative groups to participate in the course to strengthen the institutional capacity of organizations and initiatives that develop special services in the community for independent living and deinstitutionalization. The aim of the course is to enhance the expertise and institutional capacity of the Belarusian non-profit organizations and initiative groups in favor of deinstitutionalization and protect the rights of people with disabilities.
